How Does It Work?

Orca Market connects suppliers and customers through its logistics center in Amsterdam. We work directly with suppliers and online stores under special agreements, allowing us to optimize the purchasing process, reduce costs, and provide access to a diverse range of products.

  • When a customer orders on the website, we purchase the product directly from the relevant suppliers. This is known as the “Buy it for your e-commerce System.”
  • After purchasing, the product is shipped in its original packaging and in perfect condition, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

General Terms:

  • The final price displayed in the checkout includes delivery to your home or nearby kiosk (PUDO).
  • Shipping method: Air freight
  • Delivery time: Up to 14 business days from when the products arrive at our Netherlands warehouse.
  • Guaranteed delivery of an authentic and intact product
  • Purchases are made under personal import regulations
